You may recall that time when I said, "NEVER have a buffet!"
Wellllllllllllllll, a buffet can be great IF it’s a LATE NIGHT Buffet.
This is one of the greatest ideas I have ever seen put into action.
One of our clients has been hosting a late night buffet for over 20 years! And their crowd loves it.
Hosting a fairly long auction night, starting with a Silent Auction and a Live Auction, they cap the night off with dancing into the wee hours.
Their audience was having fun, but with the beverages flowing, they needed a little more food absorption before they departed...
So they rolled out a Late Night Breakfast Buffet.
It’s brilliant.
It has become such a staple, they even list it on the invitation. They have biscuits and Gravy, Eggs, Bacon - all the traditional breakfast fixins you love.
We “borrowed” the idea for another great local organization...
HUGE SUCCESS.
This group was thrilled to roll out the late night buffet at their event and the crowd loved it. Fries, Mac and cheese balls, and sliders - who wouldn’t dive in?
Our number one priority at any event is safety of our guests.
We are thrilled that they are enjoying the night, but we want to make sure are fully taken care of as well.
This is a great opportunity to make sure your guests have had enough to eat, and that they get a little more food in their belly to soak up any alcohol they may have consumed.
